OK, so here is my checklist with the status (as far I can find it) of each application.

Logic Pro 9 – Unconfirmed, but some (unknown) users claim it works.
Sibelius 6 – UPDATE!; there is a 6.0.3 release that brings Snow Leopard compatibility. Hooray!
Kontakt 3.5 – Ready, but worth taking note of the 64 Bit Kernel issues.
Reason 4 – Some cosmetic issues. UPDATE: Reason confirm compatible with minor cosmetic bug.
ReCycle 2.1 – Will require Rosetta to be enabled or unusable. UPDATE: Goodbye ReCycle, it was nice to know you.
Apogee Duet/Maestro 1.7.1 – UPDATE; Apogee have announced an upgrade to Maestro that brings Snow Leopard compatibility.
EZDrummer – Seems OK, but not fully confirmed
Kore Player 2.1 – Ready, same as Kontakt 3.5 above.
Melodyne Plugin 1.0.4 – “May” work in standalone, but unconfirmed in plugin mode.
StroboSoft Tuner – Unknown UPDATE: Works for me.
UAD2 – Unconfirmed, but some (unknown) users claim it works. Update: Works for me.

Photography
Aperture 2.1.4 – Unconfirmed. UPDATE: Works for me.
Huey Pro 1.5.1 – Unknown. UPDATE: Works for me.
(see also the Apple comment on Gamma 2.2)

Other
Scrivener 1.51 – OK
Omnifocus 1.7 – OK
Transmit 3.6.7 – OK

I will check back on this list come Monday. At this stage there are two many risks to upgrading right now. I need Sibelius and Apogee, in particular, to be stable just to get through a morning’s work.

That said, I had mixed feelings about the situation with ReCycle. As much as I loved that programme, the truth is I use it less and less. Moreover, no I’m starting to understand Logic’s new Flex tool my feeling is that I would end up dropping ReCycle anyway.
