Earthquake: We Are Fine

But others much closer to the epicentre are not. I was at golf and felt something odd, but put it down to construction or blasting. However, L and C were at home and had to get outside, with everything in house shaking quite solidly.

Found your blog from Saira Kahns.. I’ve just been to London for my first time and see that you’re from there. Wow! What an interesting fellow you are! I work for a news station in Manhattan and have just been viewing all the videotape from the Earthquake.. Hope everyone you know is okay!

Hi.. I’ve tried to comment twice and I must be doing something wrong. Hopefully this one makes it. I found you from Saira Kahn’s blog in London. I just visited London for my first time. I work at a news station in Manhattan and have just been viewing all the destruction from the earthquake. Hope everyone you know is okay.

Welcome to the blog and I hope you enjoyed London, it is a great city. As for this blog, all the comments get held in a que because of problems with spam.

Everyone I know is safe, but what I hear from people involved in relief work indicates that things are pretty dire for the towns and villages close to the epicentre.
