Another Reason Global Warming Matters

Thanks to Brad Boydston for the link to a San Francisco Chronicle article on the potential impact of Global Warming on the US wine industry. One of the most assinine proposals of the anti-global warming lobby is that the potential changes to the Earth’s climate can be absorded with little impact on the world’s economy. However, as this article points out, there are aspects of agriculture (in this case viticulture) are extremely climate sensitive and small shifts outside of normal ranges can have catastrophic economic consequences.
