Christmas begins tonight in our household. We share a Christmas dinner, say some prayers, open presents, tell stories, and go to bed way too late. Tomorrow we’ll laze around playing with the new toys, take a swim, write thank you notes, go for a long walk and end the day watching a few Christmas films.
We then celebrate the rest of the Christmas season until Epiphany, on January 6th, when we eat King’s Cake, open the final, small presents, blow out the Christmas candles and pack away the decorations for another year.
In whatever way you choose to pass this season, I want to wish you all the very best. Thank you for taking the time to read this blog and I hope we can continue our journey together in 2012.
