What’s Going On In Zimbabwe

Thanks to two and two makes five for highlighting some images from digital globe of the current home-clearing programme in Zimbabwe.

I’ve been to Zimbabwe twice, in 1993 and again in 1995. Both trips left with a very positive impression of the country. However, I doubt any of the optimism and hope I saw then still remains. It is an enduring tragedy that the world community has not done more to change the situation there.
