1000 Posts, Time For A Few Changes

This is the 1000th post for this blog! In a lot of ways, I’m surprised the blog has lasted this long and the good news is, there’s still life some left here. During this time the blog has attracted an average of 1.65 comments per post, which given that most posts attract no comments at all, is not a bad average.

Those of you that visit the site will have noticed a change in the look. I’m gone for a style that is simpler, cleaner and more minimal. That reflects a lot of my approach for this year. I’m doing a lot more work offline, a lot more away from the computer and generally trying to cut down on unnecessary effort while letting “form follow function.”

Over the next few days there may be some disruptions as I change service provider. I’m hoping this will make the blog a little more stable and make it easier to provide some extra services (like the podcast). As always, I’m interested in feedback about the health of this blog and the topics readers would like to see covered.
