I remember the feeling when I first used a Mac. HT to JP for the link to the original launch video and story of how the video tape was preserved and restored.
Notice again the absence of any definite article — Macintosh, not the Mactinosh. Also, and especially for those who don’t “get” the whole Apple thing, be sure to watch the video to the end and ask why that little machine could elicit such a response from the crowd.
